Alex Wills: Chief Marine Biologist

Alex holds a masters in Oceanography and is currently a PhD candidate at Plymouth University, England. His area of research for his PhD is in the sustainable harvest of Caribbean Spiny Lobster where he looks at the overall settlement of a population in a particular area. His past works include monitoring salmon and trout for the Argyll Fisheries Trust project, and working on dolphin and seal research boats.

As well, Alex is a surfing enthusiast and has the highest PADI diving qualification.




Giles Cadman: Chairman

As Chairman of the Venulum Group and as a seasoned manager of new businesses, Giles brings with him many years of practical experience. His compelling interests in fine wine and real estate, as well as in constructing businesses has allowed him to deliver value-added primary products to the market.

Giles shares Alex Wills’ passion for sustainability and ongoing concern for the future of the Caribbean Spiny Lobster fishery.
